Your registration includes lunch and refreshments during the day.
There will be drinks and snacks when you arrive to help you settle in, get energised, and start connecting with other community members.
After the conference, there will be an after party open to everyone at a pub within walking distance of the venue. This is a relaxed chance to chat after the day wraps up. We’ll confirm the location at the conference. After party drinks or food aren’t included in your registration fee.
The small print
We want everyone to have a great time at CiviCamp, so we ask that all attendees follow our community code of conduct.
Places
Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please be aware that the following charges apply:
- 25% charge if you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before the event
- 50% charge if you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, but more than 5 days before
- 100% charge if you cancel within 5 days of the event
Changes to the programme
We may need to make changes to the programme from time to time.
If the event is cancelled
If CiviCamp has to be cancelled for reasons outside our control, you’ll receive a full refund of your registration fee. This refund will be the limit of our liability and we won’t be able to cover any other costs or expenses you may have incurred. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any travel or accommodation costs, just in case.
